NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT

This is to notify you that under paragraph 26 your TSSA Rental Agreement, the contents left in your unit are considered abandoned due to the following circumstances (check one):

___ You gave us written or oral move-out notice; your lock has been removed from the space (if the space is lockable) by someone other than us; and the move-out date or termination date has expired; OR

___ You have not paid rent or other sums due; your lock has been removed (if the space is lockable) by someone other than Lessor or has been removed by us when exercising a statutory seizure; and your space contains nothing of value to the ordinary person.

This notice is sent as a courtesy to notify you that this facility considers your unit and its remaining contents abandoned. Under the TSSA Rental Agreement, “abandonment” means that you relinquish all rights to the contents of your space and that we may remove any locks, enter, remove, and/or dispose of all of the contents.

If you have not notified us by ________________________, _________ that the items left in your storage unit are not abandoned, we will deem the items to be abandoned and dispose of such items. Thank you.
